Jubilee Asset Management Named Kenya's Fastest Growing Asset Management Company

Jubilee Asset Management Named Kenya’s Fastest Growing Asset Management Company as Assets Under Management Reach KES 259 Billion

Nairobi, Kenya- 11/08/2026

Jubilee Asset Management Limited has been named as the Fastest Growing Asset Management Company in Kenya 2026 by the Global Banking & Finance Awards, recognizing the firm’s strong financial turnaround and growing position within Kenya’s Asset Management sector.

The award follows a period of accelerated growth for Jubilee Asset Management, with total Assets Under Management (AUM) rising to KES 259 billion. Of the total assets managed by the company, KES 34 billion are retail funds, while KES 225 billion are institutional managed funds. It further reinforces its position as a leading force in the industry, following the Jubilee Money Market Fund (USD) securing the largest market share among its peers.

Cliff Bakashaba, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Jubilee Asset Management Limited, said that Jubilee Asset Management’s recognition as the Fastest Growing Asset Management Company in Kenya 2026 by the Global Banking & Finance Awards demonstrates the confidence investors continued to place in the company’s investment approach.

“Investors are increasingly looking for asset managers who can help them navigate volatility, protect their wealth and identify sustainable opportunities for long-term growth. This recognition reinforces our commitment to delivering disciplined, transparent and consistent investment outcomes,” said Bakashaba.

Jubilee Asset Management has continued to expand its investment solutions as inflationary pressures, global market volatility and changing economic conditions reshape how individuals, businesses and institutions allocate capital.

Africa’s asset management industry is also expanding, with pension funds and collective investment schemes holding more than US$600 billion in long-term capital. Despite the growing pool of savings, a significant proportion of Africa’s institutional capital remains concentrated in conservative asset classes.

This presents an opportunity for asset managers to help investors access more diversified opportunities while supporting productive and sustainable economic growth.

“As we grow, our focus remains unchanged: helping more individuals, institutions and businesses achieve their financial goals through disciplined investment management and innovative solutions that create long-term value,” added Bakashaba.

The recognition comes at a time when Jubilee Asset Management is accelerating the expansion of its retail and institutional investment offerings, deepening investor confidence and advancing Jubilee’s ambition of improving financial wellness across East Africa.
