Jubilee Asset Management Limited Launches the Graduate Investment Analyst Development Programme (J-GIADP) in Partnership with Strathmore University.

Jubilee Asset Management Limited (JAML) today officially launched the Jubilee Asset Management Graduate Investment Analyst Development Programme (J-GIADP), a transformative three-year programme designed to develop the next generation of high-calibre investment professionals. The programme is a collaboration with Strathmore University.
The Jubilee Asset Management Graduate Investment Analyst Development Programme aims to bridge the gap between academic excellence and practical industry expertise by equipping graduates with advanced analytical capabilities, leadership competencies, and real-world investment management experience. This programme is anchored on Jubilee Asset Management’s mission to drive innovation and excellence in investment management.
The programme is structured to cultivate high-potential graduates into future Senior Investment Analysts, Portfolio Managers and ultimately Chief Investment Officers, through rigorous training, exposure to dynamic market environments, and mentorship from seasoned industry leaders.
Speaking during the launch, Mr. Dominic Kiarie, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Jubilee Asset Management Limited stated that the program is designed to strategically establish a sustainable flow of highly skilled professionals to support Jubilee Asset Management’s ambition and long-term growth, as well as empower graduates to deliver innovative, ethical, and high-impact investment strategies in an evolving global economy.
