Types Of Fraud
Medical Card Fraud
Includes sharing your medical card with friends or relatives, making repeated visits to exploit benefits and attempting to obtain services that are not covered under the policy.
Premium Misappropriation
Jubilee Insurance does not accept cash payments to protect you from fraud.
Product Mis-Selling
Promising “too good to be true” benefits that aren’t in your contract.
Digital Fraud
An individual purporting to be a Jubilee staff/representative contacts you, on call, email and/or SMS, about your policy.
Fake Job Offers & Tender Scams
Fraudsters demanding money to secure your employment/ tender
Billing Manipulation Fraud
Billing for services not rendered, upcoding/ upbilling, duplicate billing, unbundling of services and fraudulent medical reimbursement claims.
Other Scams
Charging a fee for provision/access to its services, including claim processing, policy issuance, recruitment, procurement among others.
