Yes, you can access the MaishaFiti App and track your steps and workouts. Simply download the app on the App Store or Play Store and sign-up using the Guest account.

How many Wearable devices can a I connect to MaishaFiti App?

You can only connect one wearable device at a time.

By participating in the Valentine’s Day J-CARE 10% Discount Offer, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

1️. General Terms

This offer provides a 10% discount on the purchase of a new J-CARE health insurance policy through Jubilee Health Insurance’s online platform only.

The discount is applicable exclusively to customers who complete the entire purchase process online (from application to payment). Offline purchases, including those made through agents and brokers do not qualify.

The offer is valid from February 14, 2025 to February 28th 2025, at 11:59 PM EAT. Purchases made before or after this period will not be eligible for the discount.

2️. Eligibility Criteria

This discount applies to new J-CARE policyholders only. Existing J-CARE policyholders renewing their policy or making partial payments do not qualify.

The offer is valid for individual and family J-CARE policies but does not extend to corporate/group policies.

The offer is open to customers residing in Uganda who meet the standard eligibility requirements for J-CARE coverage.

3️. How to Claim the Discount

To claim the 10% discount, customers must:

Visit the Jubilee Health Insurance Uganda website.

Select a J-CARE policy and complete the application.

Enter a valid promo code (VAL10) at checkout before making payment.

Complete payment online via the provided payment options.

The discount will not be applied retroactively if the promo code is not entered at checkout.

4️. Exclusions & Limitations

The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

The discount does not apply to:

Any other Jubilee Health Insurance products (e.g., J-Senior, J-Junior, J-Armor).
J-CARE policies purchased through brokers, agents, or Jubilee branch offices.
Cash or bank transfers made outside the online purchase platform.

The offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other benefits.

5️. Payment & Policy Activation

The discount is applied only at the time of payment for new policies.

The policy will only be activated after full payment is received online and all underwriting requirements are met.

6️. Fraud Prevention & Right to Modify Offer

Multiple uses of promo codes per individual are not allowed. If any fraudulent activity is detected (e.g., duplicate accounts), Jubilee Health Insurance reserves the right to cancel the discount and suspend the policy.
