Jubilee Holdings Limited – Appointment of New Director

The Board of Jubilee Holdings Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Barbara S. Mulwana as a Non Executive Director effective 2nd February, 2026.

Ms. Mulwana is a highly accomplished leader with a distinguished track record across the manufacturing, industrial, and financial services sectors.

She is the immediate former chairman of Jubilee Health Insurance Uganda and has held notable board roles, serving as both chairman and director at leading institutions, including Hima Cement, the Uganda Manufacturers Association, Stanbic Bank (Uganda) Limited, and the Presidential CEO Forum.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois – USA, and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

She is also active in mentoring and promoting women in leadership across the region.

The Board welcomes Ms. Mulwana and looks forward to her contribution to the Group’s long-term direction and growth.
