Gladys Karuri

Ms. Karuri has a distinguished career spanning over 22 years in the insurance and financial services sectors across Africa and the United Kingdom. During this period, she has held senior executive positions in leading organisations. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer of African Trade and Investment Development Insurance (Africa Multilateral). She is an Alumna of the Havard Business School Advanced Management Program 2017 (AMP 193) and Honoree of Business Insurance Women to Watch – EMEA. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Warwick Business School, UK and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Nairobi. She is a Certified Public Accountant CPA (K} and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. The Board welcomes Ms. Karuri and looks forward to her valuable contribution.
