The person will be responsible for identifying and implementing application solutions to solve business problems and to make business operations more efficient. The individual is responsible for supporting users, designing, developing, testing and debugging new functionality, enhancements, customizations, interfaces, batch processes, queries, and reports.Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related technical degree
Minimum of three (3) years’ hands on experience in System Support (Actisure) with proven project management/co coordinator experience with excellent understanding of Medical Insurance Operations in East Africa.
The purpose of this role is to establish, implement and enforce a robust Group-wide risk management and compliance framework and systems (policies, processes and tools) covering Operational Risk, Insurance risk, Financial, Credit Risk and Compliance.
The job holder is responsible for providing risk advice and guidance for the Group by integrating risk concepts into governance, strategic planning, risk identification and mitigation activities. This role will also champion a culture of compliance throughout the Company to ensure everyone complies with external regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. The incumbent will also provide leadership to the direct reporting functions within Risk and Compliance Department. The post holder will have an administrative reporting line to the Regional Chief Executive Officer and Functional reporting line to the Jubilee Regional Risk & Compliance Committee.
a) Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
b) Bachelor degree in a business related field.
c) Member of a relevant professional qualification; CISA/CISM/CRM/CPA.
Minimum ten (10) years’ experience with at least 4 years at leadership level in a similar industry. Prior experience of setting up a Risk & Compliance department will be an added advantage.
Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.Qualifications
1. A Graduate from a recognized university( Business related )
2. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and packages
3. Technical experience in the medical field will be a plus
Minimum one (1) year hands-on experience in a call centre environment
The job holder will be responsible for procuring new business by converting business leads to sales and cross-selling/ up-selling to existing customers in full compliance with the laid down procedures and guidelines as set out in the company’s policy. The post holder will report to the Retail Manager, Customer Focus and will be based at the Jubilee Center in Nairobi.Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Commerce(Marketing) from a recognized university
2. IT proficient
