Claims

This is the amount of loss to be borne by the insured in the event of a claim and as stated in the primary policy schedule.

Insured will be required to complete a claim form and submit it together with the police abstract and a copy of the driving license of the driver at the time of the accident. The documents can be submitted in any of our branches.

In the event of a motor accident:

  • Report the Accident to the Police & insurer
  • Insured will be required to complete a claim form and submit it together with the police abstract and a copy of the driving license of the driver at the time of the accident.
  • Vehicle will taken to the Garage within the Panel/Jubilee Assessment Center .
  • Assessor will be sent to assess the damage/liability
  • Insured Advised on repairs and excess payable
  • After the vehicle is fixed, a release letter will be issued by the insurer
  • Insured collects repaired vehicle and signs satisfaction note
  • Cost of repairs Documents send to the Insurer

In the event of any claim, you should notify Jubilee Insurance or your Agent/Broker immediately and provide us with full information as soon as possible.

Immediately it happens either through the Agent / Broker or Jubilee Insurance Contact Center.

To enable us meet our obligations under the policy to you and your loved ones, a refund of premium is only available within the ‘Free Look Period’ defined above.
A refund of premium cannot be processed after expiry of the 30 days Free Look Period.

J-Care customers are only entitled to a reimbursement when pre-authorization has been attained.

10 Days

A corporate medical customer is entitled to a reimbursement in the event that they have an emergency situation and the hospital they are admitted to is not in their panel of providers. Also, if they have been referred by the doctor and the provider is not in their panel of providers. You shall be required to pay cash when seeking a reimbursement.
